The Fourth Machinery Factory of Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional oil drilling and production equipment development enterprise. The company was founded in 1941 and is the first to introduce 7 manufacturing technologies including workover rigs from the United States.
